All orders ship Monday thru Friday from one of our NY showrooms or warehouse.
We offer a range of shipping methods and carriers. Our standard shipping method is ground. The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout prior to making your final purchase.
At this time, we only ship to the contiguous United States.
While we take the utmost care in packaging our products for shipment, we cannot guarantee what happens to them in transit. If a product you receive appears damaged or tampered with in any way, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to remedy the situation and replace your product.
For Piano Purchases (except smaller digitals) : While the website currently is set to calculate shipping, you will need to complete your order by calling our store at (718) 322-0737 or email info@kawaipianosny.com to setup delivery with a Piano Mover. Moves can be arranged anywhere in the lower 48 states. Dealers can get a freight wholesale discount depending on how many pieces are sold. Any calculated shipping charges made through the website, will be credited towards your moving fee, or refunded if you will be providing your own mover. Return Policy
Kawai Piano Gallery stands by every product we ship from our headquarters.
Our standard return window for items purchased online is 14 days from delivery.
If you feel that the product you receive is damaged in any way or not to your complete satisfaction, please call (718) 215-0678 or contact us at info@kawaipianosny.com. Our staff will work with you to ensure that your order is rectified, and your concerns thoroughly addressed. A Restocking Fee may apply depending on the product.
We cannot process returns on items that have been damaged. A refund will be applied upon inspected return of item to our Ozone Park warehouse.
