Kawai K-200 Professional Upright Piano
The Kawai K-200 Professional Upright Piano delivers spectacular tonal quality to satisfy the demands of the most discerning players. The Kawai K-series features the exclusive Millennium III Upright Action, crafted with components infused with ABS-Carbon. The inclusion of ABS-Carbon gives the action the properties of rigidness and lightness, without compromising the strength and sensitivity. This results in a stronger, faster action that delivers more power, control, and stability with less effort than conventional all-wood actions. In unison with the tapered solid spruce soundboard, the K-series pianos produce rich, warm tones with dynamics ranging from thundering fortissimos to the most delicate of pianissimos.
The complete K-series models are the K-200, K-300, K-400, K-500, and K-800.
K-200
The smallest model in the K-series, the K-200 is convenient to store in smaller rooms and studios. The durable build of the K-200 makes this piano suitable for any teaching studio. The practice pedal included in this model is useful for students or professionals who wish to play quietly. The soft fallboard mechanism protects the instrument and hands from damages. Cast brass pedals ensure long-lasting usage without ware. A convenient music rack is built into the fallboard, which extends 40 inches to accommodate multiple books or long scores.
